    FAQS How long is shipping? It takes 2-5 days to process the order. All of our items are handmade by order therefore international orders usually take 12-20 business days to arrive. If your order has not arrived after 5-6 weeks, please contact us. However due to the current Covid-19 crisis currently affecting the entire world delays may occur with processing and shipping orders as we are required to take the necessary precautions when handling and shipping products :-) Therefore packages may take longer than our usual shipping times. ​ Do you ship internationally? Yes, we can ship to any country in the world for FREE. ​ How much is shipping? Shipping is FREE unless otherwise stated. ​ Only a few of my items have arrived, why is that? We are an international store meaning we have fulfillment centers around the world. In some cases we may split your order in multiple packages to send the products as soon as possible. If you are not sure if your order will come in multiple shipments, please contact our customer service. ​ What if my package has not arrived? If your order has not arrived after 4-5 weeks after placing your order, please contact us immediately so we can help you. ​ My item was broken when delivered, what now? Contact us with photos of the broken item. We will gladly refund you or send a replacement. ​ My card got declined, what do I do? If your card got declined we usually recommend trying to pay through PayPal. *Please allow a few extra days for processing and shipping international orders as we and our shipping carriers are required by law to take the necessary precautions to contain the spread. This means less staff which can cause small delays on some orders. However most of our orders still arrive within the above mentioned shipping times*
